Aqua Fit or aquarobics is a whole body work-out that uses the resistance of the water to improve strength, endurance and aerobic capacity.
All ages and abilities are welcome – you work at your own pace. Improve balance, muscle tone and flexibility.
Tuesday 7pm (will be moving to Monday 6:30pm from the 22nd of February)
Classes are an hour long and cost $15 per session.
Bookings are essential. Some of our aqua sessions are full and so we have a wait list for those sessions.
